These terms govern your use of Gale.in, an Indian stock-market research and education website operated by Vinoth Kanna. By using the website, creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Research and investment risk

Gale.in provides research and education, not personalised investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Gale.in is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Ratings, baskets, screeners, price targets and other forecasts are scenario-based opinions that may change without notice and may be wrong.

Investments can lose value, including the entire amount invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for checking source documents, assessing suitability and risk, and obtaining advice from an appropriately registered professional before acting.

Quotes and financial data may be delayed, incomplete or supplied by third parties. Do not use Gale.in as the sole source for time-sensitive trading decisions.

Accounts

Provide accurate, current information and use only an email address you control. You are responsible for activity under your session and must notify admin@gale.in promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts and paid access are personal and may not be sold, shared, scraped or used to redistribute member content.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, comply with law or respond to a material breach. We will not deliberately reduce a valid paid membership merely because a member renews or changes plans.

Memberships and digital delivery

Current plans, prices in Indian rupees and included features are displayed on the membership page. Prices shown at server-created checkout are authoritative. Do not pay a different amount or use a payment request sent outside Gale.in unless confirmed through admin@gale.in.

Annual membership adds 365 days of access and monthly membership adds 30 days from confirmed activation. A purchase made before current access expires extends the existing unexpired period; it does not discard remaining time. Neither public offer renews automatically. Historic lifetime memberships remain grandfathered and are not offered for new sale.

Paid access is normally activated automatically after Cashfree confirms a successful payment. Manual UPI payments require verification and may take up to 24 hours. A browser success screen, screenshot or debit message alone is not proof of a completed payment; Gale.in relies on the payment provider or bank record.

Payments

Cashfree Payments processes hosted online checkout. Cashfree’s terms and privacy practices also apply to information you provide in its checkout. Gale.in does not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank-login credentials.

If a payment succeeds but access is not activated, contact us with the order or payment reference. Duplicate payments, refunds, failed payments and cancellations are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe another user’s account, automate bulk extraction, interfere with the website, upload malicious material or use Gale.in unlawfully. Reasonable personal use of research and tools is permitted. Republishing paid research, target data, baskets or database outputs without written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual property and third-party material

Gale.in’s original writing, design, software and compiled research remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. Company names, trademarks, exchange data and linked documents belong to their respective owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference; Gale.in does not control their availability, accuracy or privacy practices.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free data, a particular investment outcome or that every feature will remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gale.in is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on research, market movement, third-party data or temporary service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service, law or providers change. Material changes affecting a paid membership will be communicated reasonably. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
